Hellooooooooooo, out there!!

Hello? Hello? Is anyone there? I feel like I am typing into the abyss; it's been so long since I've posted anything here and even longer since I've done any upkeep, maintenance, management, or anything else here. I have no idea how things have changed in the blogosphere, or more specifically how Blogger itself may have changed. I have a FB page for the blog that is even more neglected than the blog itself, and various blog utilities I was using/connected to back in the day that probably don't even exist anymore. Eeeek!

But I've been wanting to get back to longer form writing again. I've toyed with the idea of a Substack, but while I follow a couple of people there, I don't really know much about it, and I feel like it would be a learning curve I'm just honestly not up to at the moment. Plus, I've missed this space! I realized this afternoon than other than some Bible study note posts I posted for my online Bible study group back in 2020, I've only posted a handful of times in the last almost-decade, and not at all since 2021. 🤯 Wow. 

So I'm going to dip my toe in and see what happens. There is SO MUCH I need to update on, and so many things I want to talk about. I'd also love to hear what YOU would like to see/hear in this space. 

Another thing I realized as I prepared to post today is that I have almost no recent photos of just me. They are almost all me with various family members. But this one is at least much more recent than anything currently on this blog. 🤣
